‘WHERE IT ALL STARTED’ is the title for the very special commission I painted for the ‘Blue Tree Project’, and is the story about the first Blue Tree painted which started the movement by Kendall Whyte.
The commission was funded by Bailiwick Legal and both Jessica Brunner and Kendall worked with me to create the final product. Multiple designs were created and this ended up becoming a full exhibition in October 2020, of paintings with the theme of the blue colour.
The original 122x91cm oil on canvas painting sold for $9000 on the night.
